Meet Our Providers

George Roso, MD

Dr. George Roso studied Biology as an undergraduate student, and then went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.  He completed his residency in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2000, and chose to settle here to build his practice.  He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.  Dr. Roso is committed to providing the best quality of care and keeping patients healthy with a focus on preventive care and complete wellness.​

​Christine (Chrissie) LaGrow, PA

​ Chrissie attended Arizona State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in                     Dietetics and Human Nutrition.  She then attended Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ, and graduated in 2007 with her Master of Medical Science.  She is now a nationally certified Physician Assistant with special interests in dietetics and gastroenterology.  She has practiced medicine in Arizona since her graduation, and believes this is an ideal place to live and raise her young family.

Dominic (Nic) Farrell, PA

Nic received his Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science from Western Michigan University, with a minor in Spanish and Chemistry.  He went on to get his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2020 from Midwestern University in Arizona.  He joined our practice in 2020 as a nationally certified Physician Assistant.  Nic enjoys the outdoors and loves the diversity that Arizona has to offer.

Corina Cunningham, PA

Corina has lived in Arizona for most of her life and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Biomedical Science in 2012.  She then went on to pursue her Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies at NAU's Phoenix campus and is now a nationally certified Physician Assistant.  After graduation, Corina worked first in Pediatrics and then OB/GYN.  She joined our Family Medicine practice in 2019.  She enjoys hiking when the weather allows, attending farmer's markets and hanging out with her family.

Elizabeth Marino, PA

Elizabeth received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, and then attended the College of St. Mary in Nebraska where she earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies.  She has moved to Arizona to practice medicine, and started with our practice in 2021. She enjoys rock climbing, dog training, and playing the ukulele!
